HP ENVY 4520 series
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I was wondering if there's a way of adding a 2nd user to my existing HP Connected Account for my HP ENVY 4520 series printer? I'm enrolled in the HP Automatic Ink Delivery program (and I love it!), but I'd like to keep track of the printing each user does so that we share the costs fairly.

Thanks!

Hi @Mirremorr

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Please refer to "I want to add another printer to my HP Instant Ink account" from this document

Once the printer is added to your account, you can access the ink levels, pages printed by selecting the printer from the drop-down menu located under the "Status" option on your account page.

Clicking Enroll/Replace Printer

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hi Asmita,

Thanks for your reply. I’m sorry, I was unclear in my question. I already have my printer set up in my account, works fine and I got access to all the info etc.

My question is HOW do I add a second user to the SAME ACCOUNT? I want to be able to keep track of usage of printing and ink for EACH user for the same printer. Is that possible?

Thanks!

Hi @Mirremorr

I'm afraid that's not an option yet.

Thanks!
