With HP Smart app in Android Version 13.0, I need to customize my paper size to 8.5 x 13 inches while it can't be found thru More options, triple vertical dots on the top right corner, Settings, Paper, then Select Paper Sizes.

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you are unable to customize the paper size, I am glad to assist you.

You will have to use advanced features in the HP Smart app to customize the paper size.

Here are the steps if you are unable to find the advanced feature:- Click here

The solution you provided may help but it will take much time to do it. I am not yet ready to work along with it this time around, perhaps in the future I will.
