Product / Printer Model:  ?

Operating System:  ?

Software / Application:  ?

Connection Type:  ?

Content / File Type:  ?

Paper Size / Type: ?

Job type:  Mobile Print

Two common scenarios --

  • The printer is defaulted to one paper size / type and you want to use another -- The job setup allows you to edit / change the paper size / type to continue the job submission

  • The printer is defaulted / set to one paper size / type and the job configuration won't let you change the job setup to continue the job submission.

------------------------------------------------------------

In general, the printer will default to the paper size / type it believes to be loaded in the intake tray and what the printer was told about the paper when it was changed or the intake drawer was opened / closed.

Your printer's user manual is a good source to examine and understand how to load paper and how to set the printer paper size / type.
