Hi @gijoe562 ,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Update Email Settings:

  • If you regain access to your HP account, update your email address through the account settings. This may involve logging in, going to your account profile, and changing the email address associated with your account.

Printer Settings:

  • On the printer itself, there might be an option to update the email address or account information. Navigate through the printer's menu settings, and look for any option related to account or email settings.

Reset Printer:

  • If updating the email address directly on the printer isn't possible, you may consider performing a factory reset on the printer. Be cautious with this step, as it will reset all settings to their default values.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
