I created two different eprint email addresses for each of the two previous printers I owned.  I am wanting to delete those two email addresses but I no longer have the printers to do so.  Is there any way to delete them at this point?

That is very simple, just logon into your HP Connected account, go to Devices tab and simply remove one by one.

I had already done that, however when I tried to install my new hp printer and tried to change my eprint email address to one of the ones I had before, the program indicated that that email was already in use.  I tried with both of the previous emails.  I used a combination of my first initial and last name so I know for a fact that no one else is using it.

I'm trying to delete those email addresses that were attached to two other web connected printers that I no longer own.

Hi,

Like your mormal email  address (gmail, yahoo, hotmail ...), you even forget an email address you created 10 years ago but you can't reuse it.

HP may clean up inactive email addresses once every year. Please contact HP directly and ask them to allow your old HP ePrint address.

On many companies, they will delete employee's email address on the day a staff left the company, but not in this case.

Regards.
