Product: HP OfficeJet 4654
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have created an HP ePrint email address at ************@hpprint.com, but even if I only send a basic email with "Test" in the Subject and Message, I am getting a failure message.
I have tried powering down printer
Checking for updated firmware
Factory reset
I have even printed out a page to confirm the email address is correctly registered on the HP Server, which it is.
Nothing is working.
Does anyone know why this is happening and what the solution might be?
