Product: HP DeskJet 3632
Operating System: iOS

I have a HP DeskJet 3632. Whenever I want to print in black, the pages come out blank. If I press color/grayscale, they come out blue. None of my ink is dried and they are full. I have tried everything. Does anyone know what is going on?

If you have already performed the steps from the document Printer Prints a Blank Page or Does Not Print Black or Color Ink and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
