When I press the ePrint button to to set up ePrinting the display shows "The printer could not connect to the Internet. Check the internet connection" . I saw a previous post that suggested to open up the EWS and under Network - Network Address (IP) - DNS address configuration. Manual DNS Server should be selected and for Manual Preferred DNS Server the following should be entered 8.8.8.8 and for Manual Alternate DNS server it should be 8.8.4.4.
Tried that, but it still doesn't work. Any suggestions?
Thanks
