I've connected my Deskjet to my Chromebook laptop through the usb cable that came with the printer. I followed all the setup procedures and then attempted to print a document. The printer will grab the paper and go through as if it's printing but when it comes out the page is blank. I have a brand new ink cartridge in it and when i did the diagnostics test everything was fine. It just wont print anything off of my laptop,

Welcome to HP Support community.
Remove and readd the printer to Chromebook.
- At the bottom right, select the time.
 - Select Settings .
 - At the bottom, select Advanced.
 - Under "Printing," select Printers.
 - Under "Available printers to save," next to your printer, select Save.
 - Check that your printer appears at the top, under "Saved printers."
