If your printer is

HP DeskJet 2755e All-in-One Printer 

OR

HP ENVY Inspire 7255e All-in-One Printer 

The DeskJet 2755e  and the Envy Inspire 7255e do not support the old ePrint format.

That said, the printers do support newer mobile services, including Print Anywhere with the HP Smart app

Print Anywhere is the functional replacement application for supported printer models.
