Perhaps @ShlomiL has a better idea of what the particular codes mean.

 

My own 9135e suffered several instances of severe errors when it was first installed and subsequent to its own attempt to update the firmware  -- I ended up clearing the printer with a Factory Restore - I ran manual check for firmware update as soon as I regained control over the EWS.  

 

At the moment, the printer remains settled -- no idea whether that's going to stick.

I'm sorry it's been such a rocky road.

I like this new model -- I agree it should not have problems of this type (well, any type, really).
