ENVY 5000 - nothing but problems

Is there an easy to find easy to use manual somewhere to help me try to get this printer to work. Bitterly regretting buying it, it is useless. drops out of wi fi, won't print, now printing slower than i could hand write documents, smudging ink and appalling copies, at my wits end and not intuitive to use. It is only a few weeks old and it will go out of the window shortly.

For print quality issue, please try these steps - Print Quality Issue 

Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
