Hello everyone, today I turn to you again with a problem. have a mobile HP printer here, which I also use at work and since today it no longer works as it should. When I turn the printer on, it doesn't look like it's starting up normally at first. I also see the printer menu for a few seconds. However, the display then goes dark relatively quickly and only shows the error code 0x011A17FF DOT11_PRIVATE. At the same time, the power LED flashes / flickers very quickly and when I press the power button, the printer restarts immediately and the process starts all over again. I can only interrupt this by removing the battery from the device. The problem also occurs when I remove the battery from the device and connect the printer directly to the power cable. The printer worked flawlessly until Friday last week. I've already looked and tried various help and solutions from HP where other users had the same problem, but the problem here is that the carriage for the cartridges does not move in the first place and I cannot take the cartridges out. I also need the printer at work as I travel a lot. So far I don't know what else to try

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
- Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?
While you respond to that, let's try these steps to resolve the issue:
- (1) Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
- (2) Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue. (Remove the cartridges)
- (3) With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- (4) Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- (5) Wait at least 60 seconds.
- (6) Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet. NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
- (7) Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- (8) Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
And, also update the printer firmware following the steps in the below article: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02919168
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
