Please community can you advise

I have had a HP Envy 5400 for ages and alls been fine, however for some reason now each time i print the actual printer needs to to click on "OK" before it prints, whihc defeats the whole object of being able to print to it from elsewhere

Can anyone advise as to whats gone wrong and what i need to do to fix this please?

Hi,

Please confirm the paper settings are correct by reloading the paper into the tray, if a wrong paper size is listed click No or Modify, change the settings and confirm.

From your computer open the Control Panel and select Devices and Printers.

Right-click the printer and select Printing Properties.

Click Preferences, within the Layout tab ensure the correct paper size is selected and press OK.

Within the Advanced tab click Printing Defaults, confirm the same under Layout and press OK.

Within the Device Settings tab ensure the correct paper size is selected and confirm any changes.

Now try printing and check for any difference.
