I want the email address for my newly installed HP 6500 E printer. So that I can forward emails with attachments to my printer from anywhere in the world

To get the email address for your HP OfficeJet 6500 E printer, you’ll need to enable and configure HP ePrint, which allows you to send documents to your printer via email from anywhere.

1. Make Sure Web Services Are Enabled

• On the printer control panel, go to Settings > Web Services.
• If not already enabled, select Enable Web Services.
• The printer will print an Information Sheet with the email address (e.g., yourprinter@hpeprint.com).

2. Find the Email Address in HP Smart

• Open the HP Smart app on your phone or PC.
• Select your printer > Printer Settings > Web Services.
• You’ll see the printer’s email address listed there.

3. Customize the Email Address (Optional)

• Go to HP Smart and sign in.
• Click on your printer > ePrint Settings.
• You can change the default email to something easier to remember (if available).
