Please help. We forwarded an email with an attachment to our HP ENVY 4524 printer like we've done a hundred times before, using its own email address, but now whenever I turn on the printer it keep printing out the same attachment over and over again. Nothing is in the print queue via the laptop, but it's like this email is stuck in a continuous loop. How do I clear the email address queue down. It's a @hpeprint.com address

I understand you would like to cancel the eprint jobs
Follow the below steps to cancel the ePrint job.
- Log on to the hp ePrint center using this link
- Click "Printers" or "My Printers" on the top menu bar.
- Select your printer from the bar underneath the main menu bar.
- You should see "Recent Jobs" in the main body of the page
- You will find an option to cancel the job right under the date and time the job was submitted.
