Envy 5032
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

New Envy 5032 printer ok with USB connection, but will not connect wifi to network via my HP Pavilion laptop. Tells me cannot connect as using wrong router key (which is not true). Never had this trouble with previous wifi printers, some of which were HP.
Printer tells me it is connected to router. Laptop is connected, obviously, as is my phone and other sundry items. Only printer refuses to connect.

When I try to connect, the wifi to laptop briefly cuts out and then returns when I canceltrying to connect printer.

Tried all resets. No difference.
Any ideas?

Managed to sort this. Computer was for some reason showing more than one Envy 5000 printers and I was trying to connect to wrong one. OK now.

@Jimladdo

Thank you for joining the HP Support Community

Check the router band: Many routers can operate in both 2.4 GHz and 5.0 GHz frequency bands, but not all HP printers support both bands. Make sure the 2.4 GHz router band is enabled and broadcasting. If the router broadcasts separate network names (SSIDs) for each band, connect the printer to the 2.4 GHz band SSID.

Now try connecting the printer to the network and try to print.

Try to print.
