When I print from my iPhone to my new Envy 6020e, it seems to randomly delete items from the print queue. Sometimes it prints half a document. A message constantly comes up telling me to check my printer for errors but this doesn’t seem to relate to the actual issue. Can anyone suggest any solutions?

Hi @Jackson47,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It seems like you're experiencing an issue with your HP Envy 6020e printer, where items are randomly deleted from the print queue when printing from your iPhone. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve this issue:
Check Printer Connection: Make sure that your printer is properly connected to your iPhone. Ensure that both devices are on the same Wi-Fi network and that the printer is in range.
Update Firmware and Software: Ensure that your printer's firmware and the HP Smart app on your iPhone are up to date. HP often releases updates to address bugs and improve compatibility.
Restart Devices: Power off both your printer and iPhone, then turn them back on. This can help refresh the connection and resolve any temporary issues.
Clear Print Queue: On your iPhone, go to the print queue, and clear any pending print jobs. Then try printing again to see if the issue persists.
Reinstall HP Smart App: Delete the HP Smart app from your iPhone and reinstall it from the App Store. This can help in case there's a problem with the app itself.
Check for Error Messages on Printer: Look for any error messages or lights on the printer itself. These may provide more specific information about the issue.
Printer Troubleshooter: Use the troubleshooting tools available in the HP Smart app or on the printer's control panel to identify and resolve any issues.
You may follow the steps mentioned the link .
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
