Purchased the HP Envy 6458 5/21 and enrolled in the HP InstaInk program. Received the welcome pack only, no other shipments during the 5 month free program. After running out of ink, I had to purchase Original HP cartridges. Learned that the InstaInk system doesn't recognize these either. Now I'm being billed but have to manually purchase cartridges. I will post my horrible experience on social media, throw this printer in the trash and never buy another HP product if this isn't rectified immediately.
