Eprint only works from my Gmail account but not from my web.de account which is one of the most common German providers. How to get my web.de account work also? Thanks everybody!

@Bernie3008 If you need to change your eprint email ID: click here
try using the following apps to resolve the issue:
- HP ePrint app - click here
- HP AiO remote app - http://hp.care/2f9KIEV
Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance.
P.S: Welcome to HP Community 😉

HP ePrint app was discontinued in 2017 for IOS and 2018 for android.
I have the same problem, everything seems to be correct setup. On PageWide Pro 477
When I send an email from one address, the page gets printed. When I send from another, nothing happens.
Both of the addresses are allowed on the printer. The same pattern persist if I change it to allow everyone to print.
Is it possible to check if a specific address or domain has been blocked?
