Web Services

The only useful thing you can do on your side is check that Web Services is running.

As you know, Web Services runs -- or does not -- to connect your printer to the Internet.

There is limited "how-to" help to try and force Web Services to work.

HP ePrint is a free "email to printer" service that works -- or does not.

• All the ePrint job setup and data transfers are executed by machine.
• ePrint service requires long journeys through the Internet.
• Every job is translated, checked, sorted, and sent to its final destination (your printer) using services running on servers in a data room somewhere within the general region (location on the planet) where you are located.

For printers released after Fall 2020, HP ePrint is not supported. As an alternative, Print Anywhere is available. For more information, go to Print Anywhere with the HP Smart App.
