I'm trying to eprint, got on their website signed up and entered the printer code but it has already been taken is there any way to reset the information to where I can set it up on my phone.                    Thanks

Let's try to remove the web services from the printer and set up the services again. This may fix the issue.

  • On the printer control panel, touch the right arrow and select Set Up
  • Go to Web Services > Remove Web Services/restore factory Settings
  • Restart the printer
  • On the printer control panel, touch the right arrow and select Set Up
  • Go to Web Services
  • Follow the on-screen instructions and complete the web services set up.
  • This will generate a new printer code. 
  • Use this code and add the printer to the HP Connected account
  • Refer to this video for the set-up procedure.
