Please help!! I have been having the same error message pop up on my printer. I have followed all the trouble shooting tips I could find (cleaning the rollers, around the print head etc.) none of these things seemed to help. I have been unsuccesful at finding out exactly what this re-occuring error code 0x610000f6 even means. The printer is also having the issue of not catching the paper that is in the tray. I tried to change media type (photo paper vs Text doc.) and made sure the proper setting/trays were all selected. Just curious if anyone has had similar issues with the same printer and may know what else I can do to resolve this aggrivating issue. Thanks In advance!

Hi, thank you for your assistance 🙂
the product is a hp photosmart premium l. Product number is CN503A and model number is C310a It is also having issues grabbing the paper from the tray’s. I’ve cleaned the rollers as that’s what was part of the troubleshooting but still have had no success fixing the problem.

Thanks for keeping me posted
I suggest you perform a printer reset
(1) Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
(2) Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
(3) With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
(4) Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
(5) Wait at least 60 seconds.
(6) Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
(7) Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
(8) Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
The printer might go through a warm-up period. The printer lights might flash, and the carriage might move.
Wait until the warm-up period finishes and your printer is idle and silent before you proceed
If the issue persists, please follow the instructions I sent in the private message
