Product: HP ENVY 5010 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I've gone to try and scan something today on the Envy 5010 and it's come up with an error code:
OX00829C98 HW WATCHDOG C
I have unplugged the printer from the mains and left it for 60 seconds before plugging it back in and it just immediately comes up with the same error again. I have run the diagnostics on HP Smart and it's telling me there isn't an issue.
I've checked a few other options online, so I have also re-set the router, I can't take the cartridges out as they won't move to a position so that I am able to.
Is anyone able to help?
Thank you
