Laserjet M254dw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi - hope someone can help...

Just bought a Laserjet  M254dw today and have it pretty much all set up and running - I can print direct using WiFi, I can print using the ePrint driver, I can print e-mailing the ePrint address of the printer.

One thing I can't do is print via the messenger bot... everything seemed to go OK with the configuration but if I try and send a photo or even a plain text file it receives and displays the photo but then when I hit the Print button I get a message "Sorry, that file is no longer available. Try sending it to me again". I was trying to do this initially via my Android phone but I get exactly the same using my laptop.

Any suggestions much appreciated.

@UK_pauls

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Please send the Printer's email address to the Messenger Bot, once accepted, all future messages, photos or attachments that you send to the Print Bot will print remotely to your HP printer.

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Thanks!
