HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 All-in-One Printer

Hello, I have an HP all in one. I have the HP Smart app. I’m using an iPad. I have a document that was automatically saved over before I could save as. It was in my files and I hadn’t backed it up yet. The original had been printed. Then tossed. I need the original and am trying to find the print history. An earlier thread stated to open, in the HP Smart app, the printer and there would be an eprint history, but it doesn’t appear to be there. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi @Macca1836,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer.

Kindly refer to the below steps and let me know if that fixes the issue.

1) Go to HP Connected, and then sign in to your account.

The My Printers window opens and a list of connected printers display.

2) From the My Printers window, click the ePrint History button for your printer.

The print history queue displays. Items in your print history expire 30 days after they arrive. If you download, share, or reprint a file, the file remains in the print history for another 30 days.

3) Click the All Printers drop-down arrow, and then click the name of the printer to view a specific printer's print history.

Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a great day ahead!
