Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, I'm a freelance ESL Teacher and I often prepare study materials for my students at home so I print quite a lot.

I currently own an OfficeJet3830 linked to an HP Instant Ink monthly subscription.

Sadly, my current printer does not function in scanner mode if it isn't connected to my laptop by usb cable (i.e. it won't scan if it's on Wi-Fi) and it cannot handle automatic two-sided prints and copies.

Considering I print out roughly 200-300 pages a month and that I would like to maintain the Instant Ink sub which is awesome, that I would like to be able to print on 2 sides and that I would like to be able to do everything via Wi-FI including scans, which product would you recommend that will fullfill my needs without breaking the bank???
