Hello,

 

when I try to update my firmare to activate HPeprint on Hp Smart, I got this error message: any solution please?

HP Recommended

Go back into EWS and change your admin settings to allow firmware checks./

 

EWS/Settings/Security/Administrator Settings/.  Scroll to the bottom.
