Product: HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 5088 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

My printer binds an hp connected account, but I can't remember this account, which bothers me! I want to ask customer service support to help me find out what the printer-bound hp connected account username and email address is, so that I can find my password to log in to my account.

Go to HP Smart https://www.hpsmart.com/us/en, click on Sign In. You will get option Forgot Username / Password.

 

Click on it and follow the onscreen instructions
