Hi,
Just purchased new HP Envy 5546 for my daughter to use at University.
Bought this printer because of the offer of 9 month trial of HP Instant Ink.
Instructions on flyer in box say to activate during set up of printer. Followed the process & we created a HP connected account for her however we cannot activate the free trial it just keeps asking us for an activation code, it shows this as being on a card, however no activation code came with the printer. Is this how it works, should there have been a code in the box or should the retailer have supplied us a seperate code for the offer.
