Hi,

I have a HP Pavilion Notebook , product NO. Z4Q45PA#ACJ

My whole screen has become green with pink horizontal lines,

What to do?

Welcome to HP support community.

 

I recommend you attempt to access the BIOS screen by tapping on F10 while the computer is restarting, 

If the issue persists in the BIOS screen which is outside windows, it would confirm a hardware failure.

Or you can connect the notebook to a external monitor and check if that works?
