Follow this link and install the HP android print service plug in. Once done, try to print.

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

How is the printer connected?

Is the copy working fine?

Which app are you using to print?

Make sure the printer and Phone are connected to the same network.

 

Click on this link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.hp.android.printservice&hl=en_IN to install the HP android print service plugin.

 

you can also use HP Smart app. Use HP Smart for mobile devices to print, copy, scan, troubleshoot printer issues, and set up a printer on a wireless network.

My printer was working fine, then all of a sudden I was getting the message no printer available.

It still says no printer available?????????

 

 

Help me HP I bought this printer and it's not working ever. I have plugged it, downloaded the app, have ink and connected it to the wifi.

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Are you using an iOS device or an Android device?

Which app are you using to print from your mobile device?
