How do I get receipts and statements, for reimbursement from my corporation. Need actual receipt with date and amount, and description.? It doesn't seem readily available in MY Account info.

Thanks for great product, and great service for my virtual office.

@Tom_W151-,

Thank you for showing your interest in HP Support Forums. It is a great place to find the help you need, from other users, HP experts, and other support personnel. I understand that you would like to print an invoice for your Instant Ink account.

I would suggest you follow these steps here:

  1. First log into your Instant Ink account.
  2. Next select Printing History.
  3. It will be on the current month, so select a previous month.
  4. You should now see in the lower right corner a button that says "View as PDF".
  5. Click.
  6. Save/Print.

I hope this should help. Let me know if you need any further assistance. I'll be more than glad to help you.

Keep me posted,

If the information I've provided was helpful,

give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accept as Solution and kudos buttons,

that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Good Luck.
