Operating System: Chrome OS

Wasn't aware that google cloud print is ending in december. Google have only today bothered to tell me by way of a link in my chromebook's printer settings:

Does than mean my HP Deskjet 3630 is now scrap?

I use an HP printer with a Chromebook.... There is an extension called HP Print for Chrome OS that is actually better than Google CloudPrint (although a recent update seems to have made it impossible to select a different paper tray of your printer has more than one).  HP isn't good about fixing their mistakes when they put out bad updates, but if your printer doesn't have multiple trays it should work fine.
