Product: hp deskjet 2634

Help. I bought the above three months ago and used it for printing from my iphone. all was going well, then I needed to print from my laptop, couldn't do it. I spent an hour on the phone to hp, printer working fine. 

It is now not fine. I have no wireless connection, I have possibly the most important document that has come through my email and needs printing like now and I can't. Neither phone nor laptop can find the printer. 

I had a Canon printer before and did not encounter any problems in all the years I had it. 

I shall not be buying another HP printer. 

What has happened to the printer?

I have turned the router off twice, printer reset to factory, app installed on laptop, but light won't stop flashing.

I am not technically minded, this is driving me nuts.

If the wireless light on the printer is blinking it means the printer is not connected to the network.

 

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

Could you please help me with the operating system of the computer?

Is the copy working fine?

 

In the meanwhile, Connect the printer using the USB cable and then change use to a wireless connection.

 

Use this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/product/hp-deskjet-2600-all-in-one-printer-series/12319824/model/167793... for Changing from a USB to a Wireless Connection.

 

Note: If you are using MAC add the printer as AirPrint.

 

Try to print.
