Hi
Suddently my HP3639 refused to print wirelessly.
Works with USB cable.
When using wi-fi printing (via wifi network) no error pops up , the document gets queued and looks like processed butnever gets actually printed.
I installed and ran the HP prnt and scan doctor software. It told me an update was available for my product but it failed during installation with error:
Installation Error -2147467259: Failed to find driver packages to process when installing drivers
I manually downloaded the up-to-date software but resulted in same error.
I tried about anything found on the web like reinstalling, uninstalling and installing again etc but it just got worse, to the point I could not print at all. Now Im back to the point where I can print again with USB cable plugged but still not wirelessly.
Any help apreciated

Welcome to HP Community
I have gone through your Post and would like to help
Please uninstall the printer driver from root level and then download the HP Smart App
1.) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features
2.) Select your HP Printer
3.) Select Uninstall
4.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers
5.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose ‘Delete’ or ‘Remove Device’
6.) Open up the run command with the “Windows key + R” key combo.
7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)
8.) Click on the “Drivers” tab
9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
10.) Select Ok
11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
12.) Close Devices and Printers
13.) Restart the computer and download the HP Smart App from Here and follow the onscreen Instructions
Try setting up the printer with HP Smart App and let me know how it goes

Thank you for your help, unfortunately that did not change anything.
Note that when trying to uninstall HP software from programs and features I had twice the error "-2147467259" and the program remains installed.

Please use the Free Revo Uninstaller Tool to remove the program and then follow the rest of the instructions

When trying to uninstall I get a prompt saying "the feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM or other removable disk that is not available". Then when I click on brose to use a source it looks for "D3630x64.msi" but I have no idea what that file is and where it should be (apparently not on my PC as windows search was not able to find it).

Hi @Dimitri31,
What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?.
Try adding the printer using the Windows built-in driver.
