Hi - Hope someone can help me. I recently connected my HP 6700 Printer to wireless so other computers and devices could print. It worked for a while but then stopped. The blue wifi light is flashing. When I try to reconnect it lists our wifi router and I enter the password, but then comes up "unable to connect".
I have checked for updates and it is up to date. I have rebooted the printer and router several times but still no results.
Anyone else have this problem?
Your help would be appreciated.

Hi @Carol112
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.
Let us try these steps to connect the printer to the network:
On the printer, go to Setup > Network > Restore network settings
Go back to Network > Wireless > Wireless setup wizard > Select your network and enter the password.
- Make sure the printer and the PC are connected to the same wireless network.
- This printer supports only 2.4GHz network. So, the PC should be on the 2.4GHz network.
- If you have a Dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both the networks.
Make sure you are using the correct password of your wireless network.
Check if the router has MAC address filtering enabled.
The blue wireless light should become steady once connected.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
