HP 7612 printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP 7612 just stopped and now has printing heads missing or not installed...

I phoned HP repair centre and they said you cannot replace the print heads

The Control panel is stuck on the above message and you cannot even scan/fax from printer

So what now BIN it!!!

This was not a cheap printer and HP has caught me again

DONT BUY HP anymore!!!

Hi @Nico24

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

I understand you are not able to print due to this error. If you have tried the steps mentioned in this document and the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware failure.

The HP technician is correct, the printheads are non-removable in this model printer.

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.

Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.

Click the “Kudos, Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!

Have a great day!
