Purchased an HP OfficeJet 8015e off Amazon two days ago. Problems from the beginning. The printer came new and was easy at first to setup. Plugged it in, placed the printer cartridges inside and it began the install process and printed the test page right off the bat. I have a newish laptop - A Lenova 1 year old running Windows 11. I searched for the HP using wireless which connected immediately and was able to print 1 job. After that nothing worked. I kept having to disconnect the printer wirelessly and find it again to print one job at a time. It would say in my devices it was connected to the printer, but there kept popping up an error message whenever I tried to print. After 3 jobs it didn't print anything wirelessly. Now there is an error saying there is a cartridge problem. I gently removed the cartridges and replaced them as before - no fix. Cartridge problem error. Is it possible HP could call to assist? I've had trouble finding a customer service number and a virtual assistant doesn't seem to help.
