@StephenBB1, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP DeskJet 8132 is connected to Wi-Fi but not printing, here are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot:

Check Printer Status

  • Make sure the printer is not in an error state (like blinking lights or error messages on the screen).
  • Ensure there's paper in the tray and the ink/toner cartridges are correctly installed and not empty.

Restart Everything

  • Power off your printer, Wi-Fi router, and computer or device.
  • Wait 30 seconds, then turn everything back on (router first, then printer, then PC/phone).

Check Default Printer

On Windows:

  • Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
  • Right-click your printer and set it as default.
  • Ensure there are no offline or paused print jobs in the queue.

On Mac:

  • Go to System Settings > Printers & Scanners.
  • Select your HP 8132 and ensure it's not offline or paused.

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor (Windows only)

Re-add the Printer

Remove the printer and add it again on your device.
Windows:

  • Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
  • Remove the HP 8132.
  • Click Add a printer or scanner and re-add it.

Mac:

  • Go to System Settings > Printers & Scanners.
  • Remove and re-add the printer.

iPhone/iPad:

  • Make sure you're using AirPrint. Try printing from another app.
  • If it still doesn’t work, restart the phone and printer.

Print from IP Address

  • On the printer, go to the Wireless Summary or Settings > Network > Wi-Fi Details to find the IP address.
  • Type the IP into a browser. If the HP Embedded Web Server loads, the printer is online.
  • Try printing by adding it as a TCP/IP printer using this IP.

Update Firmware

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
