The HP OfficeJet Pro 8135e is the worse printer I have ever owned. The print quality is terrible, when it decides to print. The photo quality is the worse I have ever seen. Pictures have light marks and are blurry. Do not buy this printer.

Hi @LadyJ58,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Try these steps:
Check the Ink Cartridges: Ensure that you are using genuine HP ink cartridges. Non-HP ink might not provide the best quality.
Align the Printhead: Sometimes aligning the printhead can improve print quality. You can usually do this via the printer software or the printer's control panel.
Clean the Printhead: If prints are streaky or blurry, the printhead might need cleaning. This can often be done through the printer's maintenance settings.
Use the Right Paper Type: Make sure you are using paper that is suitable for the printing you are doing, such as photo paper for photos.
Check Print Settings: Ensure that the print settings are set to the highest quality, especially when printing photos.
Firmware Update: Check if there's a firmware update available for your printer that might fix any bugs.
I hope this helps.
