Wanted to share what worked for me in finally resolving the issue of my HP 9010 Series printer being connected to the same wireless network as my laptop, (Windows 11) but not printing - in fact, not even receiving the print jobs sent to it. First, what I tried - running the diagnostic tool, (which came back with "no issues) turning printer on and off; uninstalling and reinstalling HP Smart app; checking for firmware updates (printer was up to date); checking for drivers (up to date, too) -- okay, what finally worked? 

 

Instead of selecting my actual printer, HP 9010 in the Print dialog window, instead selected, "HP Smart Printing" - which opened a further window with my HP 9010 printer displayed (along with a Print button) - clicked the Print button, and voila!, the print job finally went to the printer and printed. Hope this helps someone out there. Took me HOURS to figure this out.
