I have purchased this printer twice - first one wouldn't print correctly and always had an error printing message that said it wouldn't print however if I walked away it would finally print but spit out partial print until it would finally print the entire document. I asked to return it and received a new one but this one is now showing an Installation Error "Call to DriverPackage returned error 32 for package ......A component of the drive package in the DiFx driver store is locked by a thread or process.
At least the printer I am sending back worked - this one doesn't print at all.....HELP!!!

@KittyRuh1 Welcome to HP Community!
I understand that you are getting an error message while installing the software.
Do not worry. Let's work together and get this issue addressed.
I recommend you delete the driver at the root level and Install the drivers, follow the steps below:
1.) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features
2.) Select your HP Printer
3.) Select Uninstall
4.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers
5.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose `Delete' or `Remove Device'
6.) Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo.
7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between "printui.exe" and "/s")
8.) Click on the "Drivers" tab
9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
10.) Select Ok
11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
12.) Close Devices and Printers
Then, Click on this link: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/OJP9020/OJP9020_Basicx64_49.6.4502.exe to download and install the drivers.
