Product: HP aio remote
Operating System: iOS

I uninstalled HP aio remote from my iPad mini tablet by mistake because I was trying to connect my printer to the network. I'm not very Apple & computer/network savvy. All the files that I scan using HP aio remote are gone due to uninstalling the app. Now I reinstalled the app, is there a way I can recover those files? I am devastated at my lack of knowledge to these types of things. Please help me.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

 

The files shouldn't be gone even if you uninstall the AiO Apps.

 

Can you go the the "Finder" and look under the "Documents" folder for your scanned files?

 

The PDf files will have an extension of *.pdf while the pictures will have an extension of *.jpg.

Hi @EhaKai,

Glad to hear that your issue is resolved and all is working well now.

 

The files should be in "My Files" or some document folder in your iPAD mini.
