Product: HP Color Laser MFP 178nw
Operating System: iOS

When I was trying to perform AirPrint from any of my Apple devices, it keeps showing "No AirPrint Printers found."

I changed from a monochorome laser printer to this new colour laser printer, expecting it to have a smooth transition.

But, it gives me hassles thorughout the month.

I chatted with the local Malaysia HP customer support and multiple technical representatives

It seems like they are not competent at all and do not fit into their job category well.

 

My conclusion to this printer: An AirPrint Supported Printer Can't Perform AirPrint.

 

P/S: I have searched through the suggestions online but to no avail. (I am technically inclined.)
