I've tried so many things. Disconnected everything, waited, reconnected everything (printer, laptop, etc). STILL the printer will not successfully connect to the wifi, but when I run the diagnostic "tests" it says that it IS connected. I have no idea how to fix it but it's driving me crazy because I have a huge list of things I need to print from my laptop and/or phone. This design also has no USB cord, so USB isn't an option. It's a strictly wireless printer. Help!

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
I understand that your experiencing a wireless connectivity issue with the printer. To prepare your printer for a wireless connection, restart the printer, computer, and router.
-
Turn the printer off, and then wait 10 seconds.
-
Disconnect the printer power cord from the printer.
-
Turn off the computer or the device you are trying to print from.
-
Connect the printer power cord to the printer, and then turn on the printer.
-
Disconnect the power cord from your wireless router, and then wait 10 seconds.
-
Reconnect the power cord to the router.
NOTE: Wait until internet service is restored. Internet service is interrupted while the router is off.
-
Turn on the computer.
Your printer and network are ready to make a new connection.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
