Hello, I'm trying to print out pictures from my android phone directly. However when I see the pictures in previews, the bottom of my pictures get cut off no matter what, even if I use fill the page / fit the page option. Also the photoes are not centered, and prints on the top left side. I'm currently trying to print on 4x6 glossy paper. Please help!

Is this a new problem in that you have done it successfully before. If this id the first you have tried it, then I would suggest yo go to the app store and download the HP Print Service Plugin. It is free.

about the only other thing I can suggest is to download the printershare app (free)- the one with a paper looking arplane on a printer. After installing you need to open it and select the printer. It will scan your network forprinters.

if that solves the problem, then I wouldsuggest downloading the printer share pro. don't remember the cost but is worth it.

do you know which "app" is printing from your phone. Go to settings>Connected Device>Printing, There you will see what is printing services are. You should see at least HP Print Service and "Default Print Service" If that is all, the I suggest you load PrinterShare to see if that works. Be sure to turn off the default Print service.
