I have restarted and disconnected my printer from the mains, I have pressed the wifi buttons as instructed, the printer is coming on but not connecting to my HP Smart app or WiFI. The Wi-Fi light is illuminating white but the ‘I’ button isn’t coming on. My printer is nearly new, I have only use it a few times. I had no issues connecting my printer to the Smart app before but now when searching for my printer it cannot find my device. I have also tried to connect my phone to the printer using WiFi but the password on the printer is also not working. I cannot remember setting a password for my printer or changing anything. When I long into my HP account is says my printer has 'expired', what does this mean? My account also says there is no printers added to my account, why has this happened? My printer connected before. I have purchased new ink and made sure no paper is jammed. How do I get my printer to work again?
