Hello, I have successfully connected my printer to my Wifi network (Network light to fixed blue, printer information page showing "This printer is connected to the wireless network [...]")
I can see it in my router under IP 192.168.1.36 (but for a strange reason I can't ping it from my computer... Host seems unreachable)
But in my iPhone HP "smart" app, it won't be discovered.
I tried :
- restarting the router
- restarting the printer
- connecting using the IP address in the iPhone App (unable to connect.)
- connecting through[edit]
Without success...
What can I do now?

It's been over a month now and nothing works as it should.
I feel like I've been punished for buying HP hardware again... You ask for support, you get some FAQ links totally irrelevant to your problem.
HP continues to do the bare minimum: they're here for the sale, but not for the service.
I've yet to see a single device from your company work as it should. It's been a complete waste of my time, again and again.
You should be ashamed of yourself.
