Can someone help me on how to resolve printer issue as detailed below?
Product: HP desk jet 2710 wireless
Problem: Unable to connect to Web service
my printer is currently connected to wifi but i was unable to connect to web services and shows a message: "The printer could not connect to web services. Web services might be bust or temporary unavailable. try again later.
My web access test results and wireless network test results shows that there are no problems found. can someone help me on how to address this? I've done all the trouble shooting recommend by HP support but still not able to resolve it. latest advise is to wait for 4 hrs before reconnecting to web service. thanks.

I appreciate your efforts since you already contacted the support team, I'd suggest you follow up with them on the same. If the issue isn't resolved you can opt for a replacement or exchange.

@Tokyo66, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:
Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the MAC
Update the printer firmware
Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.
If the issue persists, perform the steps mentioned in this document - Cannot Connect to Web Services

Thank you. I've already done it and no luck. I've been in touch with HP support team and still unable to address the issue in connecting to the web services. All my network are working fine, even the test report generate from printer. Not sure now if the issue is with the web service or with the hp printer itself which is a new model. thank you
